Sales pipeline data, including sales leads, prospects, opportunities, contacts, confidence scores; are automatically updated between your CRM System and the Sales Pipeline Development Platform. If you have already purchased a Scorecard Enterprise Edition subscription, you will have nominated who will be your Platform Management Team, which includes your System Administrator, Integrations Administrator, and Support Administrator, during the registration process. If not, upgrade your existing Scorecard Editions registered to the Enterprise Edition, or purchase a new Enterprise Edition licence for new users. Once you have completed your registration and purchase, we will contact your assigned Integration Administrator to discuss your company’s integration and functional requirements. Based on these requirements, we will scope any additional integration work required beyond the standard integration connectors we may provide to support your target system. Your integration requirements will be documented within a Statement of Work (SOW) and managed under the Master Services Agreement.
